VIP doors open 5:15PM for 5:30 reception with guest artist Sara Gazarek and SRJO's Artistic Director
Michael Brockman. General doors open 5:45pm for 6:00pm event start.
$175 ticket includes delicious hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and wine/beer
$300 VIP ticket includes exclusive toast with guest artist Sara Gazarek and SRJO Artistic Director Michael
Brockman, dinner, wine/beer, premiere seating, Sunset Club parking, and one ticket to SRJO's April 11th
or 12th concert "The Music of Sun Ra" at Benaroya Hall (a $60 value, and Box Office Manager Angie will
reach out to you for your date choice).
Meal choices:
Chicken Marsala: Sautéed chicken breast with sautéed shallots and mushrooms, finished with a sweet
Marsala sauce, seasonal vegetables and roasted red potatoes
Chicken Piccata: Pan-seared chicken breast with artichokes hearts, wild mushrooms, capers, finished in
a classic piccata sauce, served with seasonal vegetables
Chicken Prosciutto: Chicken breast sauteed in a prosciutto wine sauce, seasonal vegetables and rice
pilaf
Stuffed Filet of Sole: Fresh sole stuff with shrimp leeks, and spinach, baked and finished with smoke
shallot wine sauce served with rice pilaf and vegetables
Vegetarian option - Cannelloni: Sautéed asparagus, leeks, ricotta cheese and spinach in a house made
roasted basil sauce, topped with mozzarella and baked to a golden brown.

Choosing your dinner choice is encouraged at registration, but not mandatory. We'll contact you after
